Cinnamon Buttercream Frosting
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 pinchs of salt
- Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light & creamy.
- Beat in cinnamon, vanilla & salt until combined.
- If the icing gets all caught up in the mixer beaters, add more vanilla a splash at a time to draw it out.
- Taste icing & add more cinnamon to taste.
